“discovered Slate House while searching online for a memorial vase for my mum’s grave. From the start, they provided clear information about when the vase would be ready. Although the production date was delayed slightly due to the time of year, they kept me updated, and after a few phone calls the inscription was completed and a delivery date arranged. Unfortunately, the vase was damaged in transit, but Slate House handled the return swiftly and professionally, organising everything and completing the repair within a week. Throughout the process they remained customer-focused and helpful. The finished product is beautifully made, and I’m very pleased with both the quality and the service received. I would happily recommend Slate House to friends and family.”

“This vase is perfect, and being able to choose my own font and also being able to see it on the vase before it was engraved was a bonus. And all done on line so I didn't have to go into a shop . The end result is just what we wanted. And half the price of local companies. Overall, I am very happy.”
