“I purchased heated gloves for my wife’s Christmas present last year! Unfortunately one of the battery packs was faulty.. Customers service where absolutely brilliant in responding and resolving the issue”

“I had an issue with a battery not holding full charge after 14 months. A quick call to Sealskinz and a replacement was sent very quickly and free of charge. Can’t fault this service.”
