“Bought this for a ski holiday as said was ok for that sport. Totally useless for this sport as the face cover piece gets wet with steam then freezes your face. Really disappointing as needed this for medical skin reasons. Leaves me thinking it will only do the same in other cold weathers and even worse when wet weather too! Would like my money back but obviously I’ve worn it!”

“The Beetley gaitor is a brilliant bit of kit to have in your back pack. Fantastic on a cold hike into the hills when you’re in exposed terrain with high winds / rain / snow. Keeps you relatively warm and snug. In the slightly warmer climate - you will find this may be too warm, but can always take it off.”

“Only used it once during the cold snap early Jan. can honestly say “should have got it years ago” Quality is what one would expect from sealskinz This is my thought to improve. Maybe a thicker fleece lining. Only a suggestion. Still a great bit of kit”

“I'm obsessed with this balaclava. First off, it's waterpoof, so I'm never worried on that front. Secondly, it's just so practical. I put it on over my beanie, and it keeps me so much warmer. If I wear it, I don't have to worry as much about my jacket/clothes. Best of all, if I get too warm, I can just push it back and wear it around my neck.”

“The product was great. Very warm. I am a dog walker & trainer so out in all weathers. It was perfect. However I was completely confused, upset and dismayed as to why you sent me a postcard of a lobster farmer!!? I do not want to be reminded of the barbaric treatment that these creatures suffer at the hands of humans when I open my purchases. ☹️”

“I'm an early-morning dog walker and bought this after frustrating walks with either a coat hood that kept blowing down or a woolly hat that didn't cover the bottom of my hair. I'm now able to keep all my hair dry, keep my hands on my dog lead and have good vision in the wind and rain. One of my best purchases of the year.”
