“I purchased the Hempton Black / M overshoes from Sealskinz in size M, as I’m a EU 42. Unfortunately, they came up far too small. That may be partly on me — I should have checked more reviews and tried them properly before the race I was preparing for. That said, I was disappointed with the durability. After only two uses, both heel straps broke and the seam underneath has already started to come undone. For a product at this price point, I expected better construction. A good-looking design, but sizing runs small and longevity has been an issue in my experience.”

“On the second time of use the heel strap broke on one sock so I had to return the item. In addition (as commented by other reviews which I ignored as I rate the Sealskinz brand) the ankle section fails to recognise your ankles get larger as they rise towards the calf: so it wasn't possible to do the zip up for the last inch or two! I think the fit and sizing needs looking at....”

“once on these are great, but never had overshoes so tight and hard to get on. Tore 2 nails getting them on, have to leave extra 10 -15 minutes to get them on, and need second person to help get them off the heel at end of ride so can get foot out”
