“By mistake, I was sent two hats and this is the third time I've tried to contact Sealskinz to let them know, to ask if they want me to mail back the second hat. Does anyone at Sealskinz actually read these reviews???”

“This is a comfortable, sturdy hat and the colours are exactly as portrayed on their website. Their service is excellent. They thought the first hat they sent to me went missing in transit, so they sent me another one. Meanwhile, the first one showed up! Sealskinz, do you want me to send you that first hat back? I'm sure there's someone else who would like it as much as I do!”
