“My sister-in-law loved it! But I thought that I had been scammed when I got a notification saying that it had been delivered, yet it had not! After a few days of trying to find your customer service, I settled on an email address which, by the way, came back. It was not until I called my bank to cancel my card and start a compensation process that I received the item that I had ordered. In order to thrive, you must provide legitimate customer support!”
