“Wore this the other day whilst walking the dog. Got caught in an absolute deluge but my head was completely warm and dry. The material is a bit stiff at the moment but is slowly softening with wear and becoming far more comfortable. Have recommended to fellow dog walkers whilst still at a bargain price”
