“The hat is just as advertised, very good quality! I have a very large head and always buy XXX ballcaps, the Kirstead XXL just fits me with no room to spare. But, with the back (tightening) strap not in use, it's a good fit. The ear muff part is excellent, stays close to your skin to keep out the wind. I simply cut off the back strap and the hat is good to go. Not for the faint of heart, if you're looking for a fashion statement this aint it, but if you need a good winter hat in a blizzard you'll be glad you bought it. Only criticism, and it's a minor one - the brim could be a bit larger for the sun. All in all, very impressed with the quality, a great hat! Val Urban, New Mexico, USA”

“I needed a big hat size and was looking for the XXL version in blue for some time. Now I got one. As advertised it comfortably fits my size 63 cm head, the adjustable shape fits nicley around the head and it is a nice lightweight but well made and robust cap. The lower part can be folded up to make it look almost like a base cap. The front sunvisor can be folded up as well and kept in place with a snap fastener. I hope to use it on my bicycle in the rain this fall and as a standby cap that is easy to store and carry with me on many occasions. Delivery went fast and easy. I'd recommend this cap.”

“This was just the hat my husband was lookng for - so we ordered the XXL which was suppose to fit his large head. Unfortunatey, it is very tight and uncomfortable and he can't wear it.”
