“I had a similar Sealskinz hat but it somehow "disappeared" so I was given a replacement for a recent birthday. I have always found it to be a great hat for Summer with the ear flaps up and for Winter with the ear flaps down. I took the previous hat to Mongolia when I was out there with my wife doing Aid Work. The coldest day that I encountered whilst I was out there it was -36C in Ulaanbaatar! Nevertheless, my head was kept warm by the Sealskinz hat! I also used the hat without any problems whilst leading snowshoeing holidays in the Dolomites and Finland and also whilst trekking in Nepal.”
