“Hat arrived quickly and is a good fit and very warm. There was a minor imperfection in the band around head where a black thread had been woven into the grey which was distracting. It was minor and I considered leaving it but asked customer services and they immediately supplied a new one under their guarantee scheme. Wife has other products from them and would use again.”

“Finally found a hat that keeps my head warm and dry on wet stormy winter dog walks. I only marked it down due to the crinkly sound from inside the hat, but once on you don’t hear it much”

“Well made and comfortably warm. However some irritating material inside makes a crackling noise when it moves around the ears. It would be better to be silent!”
