“I read utilities, I walk house to house. NW Iowa. Last week was cold 0 to -5 windchill. Hat kept head warm. I'm not a fan of noise inner lining makes. I haven't had to wear in snow, YET! If truly waterproof, it'd be a 5 star. -15 Temps, I wear face mask, so might not know how cold hat will function. I have friends who carry mail, I'll be letting know. Very satisfied”
