“I happily ordered two as my old one was well worn. When they arrived they were a totally different shape and on my shape head apparently looked 'like a used condom'. I returned both, one for credit and one to a larger size so I could wear it angled to reduce the effect. Attached you will find a photo of my old one, and a composite of old and new for comparison. I can buy elsewhere but not in my size and not waterproof. Please ask marketing to rethink!”
