“Ordered these gloves for a present and size small arrived when I thought I'd ordered size medium but hadn't checked my receipt which did confirm I'd mistakenly ordered small. Online help was great, even the email from the AI assistant in training. Opted to do a refund and separate order for size medium to ensure they were received in time. Returning goods was clear and simple. I also received a further email from customer service confirming they would also refund the difference from the origianl offer price to the new website price once the goods were returned. The new gloves arrived promptly, a refund was swiftly received and then a further refund for the balance together with the postage charge. The recipient loves the gloves and I love the customer service received. Will definitely order again direct rather than using a secondary website.”

“Unfortunately I’m not happy with these gloves when you pull your handout the lining comes out too, so you can’t get your fingers back in very disappointing”
