“I researched heated gloves and on a recommendation from a friend purchased the Stowbridge waterproof automatic gauntlets. These were for use Skiing which I took and did not use , they did not seem to warm up and when they indicated that they were warm, the lights went off within two or three minutes and switched themselves off. Am I doing something wrong ,regards John Sayer. For your information the number on the ticket is 12125390000130.”

“I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS AFTER SEE THE HEATED GLOVES ADDVERTISED AS HAVING MAGNETIC CHARGING CABLE. WHEN I RECIEVED THE GLOVES THERE WAS NO MAGNETIC CHARGING. THIS MEANS TO CHARGE THE BATTERIES ONE HAS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE GLOVES AND UNPLUG THEM FROM THE GLOVES WHICH IS DIFFICULT AND THEN PLUG IN THE CHARGE CABLE EQUALLY DIFFICULT. THE OTHER ANNOYING THING IS THE BRIGHT DIODE LIGHTS THAT FLASH EVERYTIME YOU CLOSE YOUR HANDS LIKE YOU ARE PART OF A LIGHT DISPLAY, DRAWING COMMENTS FROM EVERYONE YOU MEET. I WISH TO RETURN THEM AS THEY ARE NOT AS DISCRIBED IN THE ADVERT.”
