How is the finger and thumb length? Come up short, they nip my finger tips

“I had ordered these gloves with what would normally be enough lead time for an in stock item to arrive in time for Christmas and my trip to Quebec Coty for the Christmas holiday. I did not receive notice of their delivery until I was already at the airport for the trip. They were an expensive purchase that failed to become tested on the -2 degree Celsius weather, after returning home to New York O tested them in our almost as cold environment and I was not impressed, frankly they seem to let the cold air in through the seams and I doubt they are truly water proof as that happens.”

“Wrong size tried to send them back but I need a printer to do so to print off the returns label.. I don't have one so what do I do now”

Hello Anthony, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the gloves were not the right size. For completing your return without a printer, when you arrange the return a QR code will also be generated. This can be taken to the post office for them to create the label for you. “These gloves were no warmer than my $25 fleese gloves. My fingers are freezing in -8 degrees celcius. The fingers are very stiff and the inside fabric/skin is itcy/scratchy. That said, IF the gloves were warm, then I would not care about the inside fabric or stiff fingers. My main goal was warm hands/fingers while walking my dog up to -10 degrees celcius. These gloves DID NOT meet my expectations.”
