How is the finger and thumb length? Come up short, they nip my finger tips

“I purchased this pair of seal skin gloves as my old pair that I loved was eaten by my new puppy. I really like the construction of these gloves, although I have not tried them out in the rain yet. However, I measured my hands and went with the size indicated on the chart, but they are a bit snug. As I have continued to wear them, they have stretched a little, but I wished I had gone up a size as they seem to run a bit small.”
