“Initially the order just sat there until I e-mailed support to ask why it was stuck. After that it started to move slowly. The gloves arrived weeks late and they didn't fit. I'm just going to throw them out or donate them. A complete waste of money and time.”

“the product is great, but purchasing them was an awful experience. Took almost a month to arrive, when I reached out after a couple weeks they couldn't even find my order, I followed up a week later expressing my frustrating and asking for a discount cause I would have just purchased from another company, they said my gloves were sitting at the post office and I needed to go pick them up. I never received an email or any notification about this, I had to find this out by reaching out 4 weeks after I purchased. I go to the post office and the guy was like "this package looks sketchy, it doesn't even have a valid address on there or your name, I'd be careful opening that up". I checked my order and I gave them the correct address. I love the product, but this whole purchasing process was a nightmare and a lot of time.”

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“the outer layer is not water proof it is like a sponge and retaines water making it wet and cold if on a cold windy day you get wind chill effect. they get soaked pretty good and then the next day they are still wet on the outside unless you put them on top of a boot dryer. soggy gloves are no fun. My hands were dry on the inside but cold due to wet outside faberic being wet.”
