How is the finger and thumb length? Come up short, they nip my finger tips

“Used their sizing chart .said I was large/xl. Gloves arrived Waaaaay too small. The kicker? I had to pay $18 shipping which is a bit unusual for online. They wanted $18 to return them! Stupid since it’s not my fault their chart is so wildly wrong! I can barely get them ,fingers sooo tight palm sooo tight. I can’t wear them so the homeless get a pair of gloves.”

We know you had doubts about the sizing before purchasing when our Support Team was in touch previously and we sure are sorry to hear that the XL ended up being too tight after all. Your feedback regarding the cost of returns is noted. At this time we do ask Canadian customers to pay return postage to our third-party facility in Delta, BC. This is our best offer at the moment to avoid the environmental and cost impacts of returning products to us in the UK. Again, we sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.
