How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips
With most gloves I have tried my fingers get painfully cold whilst doing long duration cycling in the cold winter season especially when temperarures are down towards zero or below. So far these gloves have performed very well on their own when I have been out for several hours. I opted for a larger size than would normally fit me so that there is room to wear an inner glove without them getting too tight. This has also worked well in the lowest temperature we have had so far this year. I do not have the experience of how well they perform in very wet days.

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect
I've owned SealSkinz cycling lobsters for over 10 years now. In the interim, the first pairs I bought (10 stars!!) are not being sold and mine have developed small seam tears. Not bad at all considering they get heavy use in Ontario winters, 1000's of kms and untold wash cycles. That brings me to the latest Barwick. These are definitely warm. I've worn them in -10C with a thin liner glove. And that's where I find them to be a little bit on the snug side compared to my old ones. Workable, but a little snug. The old ones have gone down to -30C with a thicker inner liner glove (which won't fit in these). TL;DR: they could be larger to allow for a warm inner glove could be worn. Sealskinz: you need an XXL. Recall that for winter wear, snug is cold and a little bit of space helps with warmth.
