“Purchased a size Large having checked my measurements of there chart I should have been able to fit into a medium but to be on the safe side i went for the large. Received my gloves, nice substantial packaging, gloves excellent quality but they are tight? I should have purchased the XL instead but because ive worn these I can’t send them back? Went out this morning for a ride both gloves on the high setting, with in 8 miles out 1 glove was still lit the other wasn’t? When i got home I tried the other battery in the glove that wasn’t lit and it worked so I may have a battery issue? Also on the high settings you would have thought that your hands would be toastie but they don’t get that warm? For the money you pay for these gloves, i was expecting top performance but I’m disappointed?”

“The gloves themselves are excellent, as they should be for the purchase price, my issue is with sizing, I chose Large as that is my usual choice however when the gloves came they are extremely snug to put on and when they are on the compressive effect of the insulation makes them feel as if they tighten and become uncomfortable after a while.”

How is the finger and thumb length? Come up short, they nip my finger tips

“Under sized, used the way to size, arrived very tight, make sure you measure your size and order a size larger.”

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“Disappointed that the heating elements are on the back of the hand, not t palm side. Extreme difficulty putting second glove on, due to the lack of finger loops. Battery's should be on other side of wrist, to help with this problem. The red indicator lights are super bright and annoying. Move the power level indicator to somewhere less intrusive. Or have a light off option. I just used black sharpie pen to make the lights more dim. Can I get my money back?”

How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“Lovely gloves but are very tight around the wrists/upper hands making them difficult to put on/take off. Used the size chart, even order the next size up as recommended.”
