How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“The gloves are advertised as being for extreme cold however at temperatures just below freezing, my hands were not warm. The gloves are stiff making it difficult to bend your hands and fingers. I ordered size XL that normally fit on the loose side but the gloves were tight on my hands and the fingers a half inch too long. I was so excited to get the gloves but after wearing them, I am very disappointed in the fit and insulation qualities. Unless you offer a return and refund on the gloves, I won't be ordering any other Sealskinz products.”
