“I am extremely dissatisfied. No contact. No updates in tracking app. Gloves were for a birthday present. They are already weeks and weeks overdue and I have no hope that they will arrive. I hope I can get my money back. I’d rather have had the gloves. If this review comes to the attention of anyone at the company perhaps you would contact me and make this right?”

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“A good pair of gloves that are not too clumsy when worn as you can still operate your phone etc. Nice and warm and more importantly, they keep your hands dry.”

“The cuff tab fell off first time i put them on. Called customer services . They advised not to ship them back but submit a photo on their website. Still waiting to here back from customer services 3 weeks later”
