How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“Size guide said M, but had to return them for an L which is still too tight around the knuckles when on my MTB but the thumb has about 15mm too much material. If I went XL the fingers wouldn't fit. It's made in china so ignore the guff on their website about quality it's no different to any other mtn gloves except 10x what I usually pay which was a gift card so I had no choice. I doubt whoever designs these actually rides an MTB.”
