“It's been 27 days since I ordered and I still haven't received my gloves. I wouldn't recommend getting these shipped to the US. Customer service sent a second pair after the first was lost and a week later they still haven't even left the UK. Update: Gloves finally arrived after 29 days. They seem good quality, fit as expected, and will get tried out in the snow this week!”

The original shipment appears to have been lost in transit and we see that a replacement was arranged on Jan. 28th, following an investigation after the matter was raised to us Jan. 23rd. “The gloves are nice but I found at even just 1 degrees weather my hands where cold and I needed up using my £5 thinsulate gloves tho they weren't waterproof.”

“The gloves split after a couple of months but were exchanged for a new pair after I contacted customer services. Could not fault the after sales team”
