Hello Marie, Thank you for your honest review. We are very sorry to hear this. We can see that you reached out to us on the 20th of May, we responded and raised this with the courier on the 21st to get an update on you order. Unfortunately we will need to wait to recieve a response from the courier in order for us to follow the next steps, which we have not yet received. How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“These are great gloves and very warm. The sizing suggested I was in the middle range for medium size but when they arrived they were slightly too snug-and I wanted to be able to wear very thin silk lining gloves in addition in very cold situations.I therefore ordered the larger size and these are fine to wear on their own or with thin lining gloves in very cold conditions.I get very cold hands and need the lining gloves as well.”

“Replacing an old pair of these gloves so knew what to expect in terms of quality. Only difference with these is that the thumb seems narrow and pointed. Would advise buying a size larger than you think you need.”

“My partner was very happy with his new mittens having worn out his previous pair. However, although we ordered the same size as last time they are a smaller fit - change of material? Still happy with quality, so I have returned them for a replacement pair - one size larger.”
