“One of the LED lights did not work when delivered, I could not trust the build quality and the QA process, so I decided to return the item. The return process was very smooth and I have received a full refund, for that a would give them 5 stars”

“Got these for riding my bike as the Sealskinz cycling gloves didn't feel as warm. Sadly sent them back after using them only twice as they only lasted 2.5 hours, not the 5 hours as on the website. The fit was perfect for me, I got the medium. Awaiting a new set”
