was very carefull to measure my hand, I even measured with a pair of merino wool glove liners but these were still too tight, so the gloves were returned as they did not have any in the larger size anyway.

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect
The gloves overall are great. However I was quite surprised at the size of the battery as this impacts getting a coat sleeve over the gloves and also messes with and Apple Watch as they keep setting Siri off. Would also benefit from a touch screen finger as they are a pain to get off and on when using a phone

Have now had chance to use these when walking the dog and cycling. Brought size M. Good fit. Have found that they work well and have kept my hands and fingers warm. There are 3 heat settings. The lowest did not really provide any real heat. On medium and high setting I really noticed the heat. Setting 2 was good when cycling in 2-4 degC. I did think that the bulkiness of the gloves would be an issue, but so far, this has proved not to be. Overall, I am very please with these gloves. Just need to find somthing to keep my feet warm now whilst out cycling.

How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips
In sixty odd years it is the first pair of gloves that keep my hands warm. I have some me arthritis so this is important to when walking my dogs. The cuffs are tight so it is a fiddle to get them on and off and in very cold weather a second set of batteries would be useful as they take a long time to charge. But I do have warm hands

Very comfortable gloves once on, but the batteries situated in the wrist makes pulling the gloves on very tricky. These wonderful gloves would massively benefit from sturdy pull on loops.

May as well wear cheaper gloves as these expensive ones do not offer much more if any more thermal protection, they definetely do not do as they promise to.

I have Raynauds and have only worn these for jogging in this extreme cold we are currently undergoing - I felt no pain whatsoever! However, they are rather stiff : unsure whether I shall be able to use them for skiing without removing one of them I had initially ordered a 9 but discovered the fingers too long and un malleable : I was very grateful that you replaced them with the smaller size
