“I paid £57.00 (discounted) for these gloves from the Sealskinz outlet. I work in a warehouse chiller and freezer. My job involves me driving a forklift, and picking/packing boxes on pallets. I suspect that most of the damage is from the use of plastic wrap to secure the boxes in place. These gloves didn't last 2 weeks. Fingers are already coming through the fabric that has worn away and the stiching has come undone. I'll be following up on warranty to get my money back.”

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“Super quick delivery - I placed my order one Saturday evening and the gloves were delivered Monday. The gloves a very soft and feel like the will be very warm, they have good length on the wrist so will tuck nicely under the rain jacket. Finger length is good for me. I have not used them yet so cannot opine on their performance.”

“Were a gift to my son and he wrote: "Outside of the road test, they feel decadent--definitely a good call on my part to request this from someone else, 'cause I never would have picked gloves that are this good and also meet the perfect form-factor (not big, fat, bubbly ski-glove type)".”

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“Die Handschuhe sitzen perfekt auf der Hand. Nach 6 km Radfahrt bei -2°C waren meine Finger sehr kalt geworden. Das Ausziehen der Handschuhe war schwierig. Die Klettverschlüsse schließen sehr fest. Es fehlt überstehender Stoff, unter den man zum Öffnen der Verschlüsse fassen kann.”

How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“I took "extreme" cold to mean this glove would cope above 5000m in May in Nepal, whilst summiting Mera Peak. That's not the case. I'd recommend Sealskinz add to their website where this glove was tested, in what conditions and who was the tester. If you gave it a Scottish highlands farmer to wear whilst he herded up his sheep, he'd probably report it being really warm because he's got callus hands and is used to wearing no gloves. If you give it desk worker on Mera Peak, they'll report their fingers getting frostnip. Context is key. The nepali guide was not impressed with the gloves and advised me not to wear them. I ignored him as I wanted to give my super expensive gloves a go. I was soon switching to the gloves he lent me.”
