I don’t usually do reviews but these gloves are so amazing I am breaking my own rule. I have had the gloves for about 2 years. I spend time outdoors in all weather—< 0F – 95F, all forms of precipitation. These gloves come out when the temps are 20 degrees – 45 degrees F. I smoke through cloth and leather work gloves. I literally have 40 pairs of gloves, mostly from home depot, and they last about 1 season. I am highly skeptical of any claim of “waterproof”. USES: hiking, tractor,4-wheeling, gardening, cycling (mountain, road, gravel); these are great any time you might be exposed to cold water. When I first got these gloves I did pushups in the shallow edge of an icy stream. Perfect. Waterproof and warm. I could feel the coolness but as expected. I used these to close the swimming pool in late cold October and they are perfect. I wear these gloves more than any other; almost every day is spring and fall and on warm days in the winter. Strengths: Waterproof: 10 Dexterity: 10 Warmth: 10 (as long as you use them right) Guaranty: 3 I don’t think it’s funny. And I don’t want a ‘lifetime’ guaranty that is the lifetime of the product. That explicitly means no guaranty at all. If it fails, that was necessarily the lifetime of the product, by definition. I assume they are good about it but they should fix the language. Not to mention, a product this great I would never make a guaranty claim. And the waterproofness of the gloves I have is ridiculous good. I have bought so many water proofing products and I cannot keep my gear truly waterproof, except these. They work. Cell phone usage: 5 (I think they should have one point touch instead of a whole finger), minor point Comfort: 10 (mine are a little tight but that helps when working with nails, screws, and tools) Style: 10 (these gloves are right at home in church, in a business meeting, on a farm, or on the trail) Driving: 10 good grip, good dexterity. They do have a thin layer of insulation so possibly not quite as good as true driving gloves but these are excellent. Especially if you size them tight. Cycling, backpacking, cool season kayaking, warm snow-shoeing, etc.: 10 Downhill Skiing, snowmobiling: too cold. Need winter gloves (reviews say that they are good for skiing. I assume those reviews were written by the soft Californian’s who ski in 35 degree F sunshine. In the northeast you need sealskins (or other) cold winter gloves. It says they are made from Goatskin… these must have been really tough mountain goats. Weaknesses: None really, you just have to know what to use them for. For example, if water runs around your wrist you cannot blame the gloves (happens to me all the time); if you are trying to use you phone in the pouring rain you can’t blame the gloves even though the pointer finger touch pad doesn’t work right. I don’t know why they cost so much. But honestly, the way I go through work gloves I can make an argument that they are economical. It is worth it for me. Why did I write this review: I was mixing buckets of cement and purchased a paint stirrer for my high power hammer drill. It would have been good for paint, but the cement was just too much for the power drill. So I shifted to hand stirring and then destroyed several pair of disposable plastic gloves. I reluctantly put on my sealskins and sadly told my wife that I was going to intentionally destroy the gloves and just buy a new pair. Three hour later, 8 buckets of cement, full abuse of an otherwise good pair of gloves and we were done. I rinsed the gloves, but the harsh chemistry and course abrasiveness of the wet cement appeared to have taken its toll. I let them dry and a week later moisturized them with a leather treatment. They seem to have held up!

How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect
Gloves were soaked in 30 minutes I’m a garbage man so I grab wet bags and cans I guess if your doing light work they would be ok but definitely not waterproof

Some of inner fingers are shorter than outer fingers. Well, it's just work gloves, but I still didn't expect such a shortcoming. I'm a little sorry.

Not to bad but not very good for out door use such as moving paving as they could do with more reinforcement on the fingers. I have had mine for four weeks and already the fingers are starting to come apart. For the price I would have expected better

They keep my hands super cozy and although I was sceptical about the “phone friendly” finger pads, they really work!! I have enough dexterity to tie and untie a rope halter while wearing them and they keep my hands warm even though I suffer from Raynaud’s Syndrome. 100% recommended. The price is, in theory, a bit steep for a pair of gloves, but what price do you put on comfort? I buy quality, and buy once. I am sure these gloves will last me a long time!
