How is the finger and thumb length? Just Right, Fit Perfect

“Bought as a gift in August for my son for when he begins his police career asap. He remarked on how soft they were and the comfort of fit but when he's on duty in the middle of our cold, wet, Winter, I strongly suspect he'll appreciate them far more. Rapid delivery and certainly not cheap but you get exactly what you pay for; a quality, well-made, long-lasting item.”

“I have not had the chance to use these Gloves adequately yet. I originally ordered Mediums. What I would like to tell you is; I requested a notice when Mediums were in stock, you sent said notice that mediums were in stock, I ordered mediums and received Smalls again with a medium tag. They are the same size. I gave them to my wife and Daughter..after spending what? $150 on 2 pairs? How can I trust ordering from you again?”
