After two days of usage the water repellent effect was completely gone and since them they are like every other gloves but much more expensive.

Thank you for your review. Our Water Repellent gloves are designed to be a single layer, non-waterproof glove. These do not feature our waterproof membrane and are intended to provide a breathable layer that allows your hands to stay covered and warm and protected in damp conditions but they will not be able to keep them dry in wet conditions. For a pair of gloves that can be worn in the rain, we would recommend a waterproof model as these are designed with a waterproof membrane inside and will prevent water from passing through the outer layers of the gloves and will keep your hands dry. If you would like to discuss this further or have any questions, please do contact our consumer team via help@sealskinz.com

Excellent service and the gloves are really good and perfect fit & quality, used for cycling, not sure if they will keep my hands warm in the winter though

I bought these gloves for my daughter who coaches and regularly runs long distances in the fells of Cheshire, in all weathers. She wears them over another pair of gloves for extra warmth [she has Reynards] but they keep her hands dry. Over all she is happy with them.

Nice looking gloves, keeps hands warm in cooler temperature however they are not touch screen friendly (tested on multiple devices) which is really disappointing.

I wanted some gloves to go hiking in over the winter. I needed dexterity, warmth, and reasonable waterproofing. They're thin enough to still operate a compass and fold a map, warm enough especially when walking, and very impressive on the waterproof/resistant front (see picture). The touch screen capability isn't great, but functional and precise enough when being very deliberate with touches. I also imagine they'd be thin enough to act as liners for more extreme gloves. Highly recommended, especially for the price.
