“Hello, SO, basically I have got this gloves and a pair of overshoes - recommended by someone as the best out there... not at all the case. The gloves are getting wet on the outside very quickly even from little rain, and you can imagine what happens in heavy rain , especially if used for longer periods of time... the hand doesn't get wet- due to the thin membrane from inside... yet, what's the point if you wear a wet glove on your dry hand ? --- your still cold and to make it worst.. its a real pain if you have to take them off and wear them again while their wet... Quite disappointed - even thought they look nice and they feel nice on good weather... they don't do well on Rain.. especially if you want to use them Daily... it take more then 12h to dry once their soaked from just 3h of rain. Can say the same about the overshoes- they're good and look nice - protects from little rain- but once the joke its over... the shoe gets wet from where the waterproof material is stitched together...”

“Being a window cleaner holding my brush all day I have been through many other gloves, I can honestly say that this is by far the best so far hand are toasty and Dry, the only down is if you got large hands you would definitely need two sizes larger as it only just coves palm but apart from that EXCELLENT well done Sealskinz”

“Very disappointed, gloves were wet through after an hour of steady rain. I read the reviews before purchasing and mostly seemed positive. Putting on the gloves they were a good fit although had the potential to be a little hot. Setting off I made sure my jacket sleeves were pulled over the the cuffs of the gloves so no rain would would run down inside. The rain was steady but not torrential. About an hour into my ride my hands were soaking and the gloves were like sponges. The only benefit was that the gloves are quite warm so my wet hands weren't cold!”

“Purchased for winter cycling for use probably down to -5C max. Gloves are beautifully made and look very good, certainly a step up from most of whats on the market. They are certainly warm, so much so my hands pruned a little during the first ride, presumably as a combination of warmth and the waterproof membrane. My only significant criticism would be the lack of a proper towelling nose wipe. The gloves seem to have a sort of softish material panel on the back of the thumb but after 1 ride my nose was absolutely red raw and hurt to touch. Thats the only thing I would change, they most other cycling gloves do better. Other than that these are better than almost all the gloves I’ve owned in the last 10 years.”

“A very high quality glove, robust but supple, so you have a great grip on the handlebars but you feel confident that your hands are protected. Considerably better than other cycling gloves I’ve tried & now a treasured investment!”
