Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about our DragonEye Gloves. We were very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the performance of these. Our waterproof gloves are waterproof up to the velcro fastening on the cuff. If water is able to get inside the glove from the cuff area then it will cause your hands to become wet. “Thankfully bought these to go dog walking, just as the weather warmed up. Can’t say how happy I was after the cold weather came back in again, and I had the forethought to throw these in the car! They are great. Totally waterproof and actually quite warm against a cold wind. The fingers are not too big either. Still have to take them off to do anything with the dogs, but they do keep your hands warm and dry.”

“I bought these as I heard good things about it but what a joke worn these for like half hour and honestly my fingers was like ice packs. It wasn't even minus nothing it was just cold what a waste of money and time.these gloves is a joke I need to get some inner glove to where with these not worth the money at all my normal gloves are much better than these cost me £8 thanks sealskin.”

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the performance of the gloves. The Dragon Eye gloves are rated Thermal Rating 3 (out of 5 with 5 being the warmest), so you can appreciate they are right in the middle - so some people will be happy with the warmth and others who are more sensitive to the cold not so happy. If you have only worn them once and they are as new and you still have the tags that were attached to the gloves when you bought them, you could send them back as ""not wanted"". Please visit the ""Contact"" page on the website and follow the Royal Mail portal to print off a free returns label.

“These are great gloves, warm, waterproof and a great fit. Not too long and the lining doesn't come out when your hands are wet. Also great to be able to use them with my phone too!”

“Gloves are fine, no problem. The only niggle is the hand size guide. According to the hand size guide my hands are medium. This I ignored and I bought the extra large and that is only just big enough!”

Thank you. We know the sizing can be an issue, however each product picture has below it some reviews that other customers have said whether they feel the sizes come up smaller or larger than expected. That can help.

“Fantastic glove, have two pair one for home and one for work. Work envolves crane operations, rigging and slinging, driving. Good glove not to thick so can still feel.”
