How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“Bought as a gift so cannot comment on actual use. Very happy with speed of delivery, nicely packaged. The gloves were perhaps slightly roomier than expected for the size and were quite heavy duty; perhaps the word “ gauntlet” in the description should have been a clue. Am thinking of buying similar for myself based on my impression of the ones purchased.”

How is the finger and thumb length? Come up short, they nip my finger tips

“I’ll be candid, I have worn these twice, and the second time resulted in me peeling them off and throwing them in the footwell in front of the passenger seat of my car. First, they run small. That is a manageable flaw — just order up one size. My issue is that the lining is not tethered to the glove, such that when you take them off the fingers and palm invert rather considerably. I needed to take off my glove during a fairly high snowfall to attend to the zippers on a shoulder bag and then get something from within (and I did not want to do so with a wet glove, I had just attended to wiping snow off my car and I had not yet put a scraper/brush in my car). If your hand is even the slightest bit wet, GOOD LUCK in trying to get the glove back on your hand in the face of the inverted finger and palm lining! After a few frustrating attempts, I just threw the gloves onto the car floor. I will admit that later, once the gloves and my hand were dry (the next morning), I was able to put them back on (though still a bit too tight at the wrist and fingers). On your hands, they’re fine (hence the three stars). But as to functionality in the kind of weather you would actually use them, not so fine (hence the subtraction of two stars from an otherwise better rating),”
