Very warm even without the heat. Does the job down to zero Celsius and below with the heat. Only constructive point is that the fingers are a bit too thick for my Ultegra shifters on my road bike.

These gloves do what they say on the tin. I used to suffer from seriously cold and numb fingers when out for early morning bike rides and now find cycling in cold weather a pleasure. I no longer have difficulty operating the brake levers, gear change or dropper control. Two negative comments I would make however. I find them very tight around the wrist, and consequently a little difficult to put on, and it takes an inordinate amount of time to charge the batteries. Under sizing has already been highlighted by others. On balance I consider them to be an excellent product. Tim

Heating and waterproofing work as advertised. My hands measured for a medium. Reviews showed they run small so I bought the large size. Which I had purchased the X-Large. Gloves are difficult to take off and put on if your hands get a bit moist from sweating. I've already recommended them to a cycling buddy.

I lost the first pair of these. Simply left them on the roof of the jeep and drove off down the road. That wasn't cool. Had to buy a new pair and wouldn't settle for anything less. If I have anything negative to say about them it's that they are a little smaller fit than I thought they would be, and I would also like the option of more heat from them so I can use them for less strenuous activities. Other than that, don't hesitate, they are expensive but definitely worth it.

Pros: comfortable and keeps the hands warm although the heat elements are actually in the wrists but the heat spreads throughout Cons: These take 12 hours to charge and must be charged often as they don’t last long. The biggest negative to these gloves is that they are absolutely not waterproof and frankly I think it’s pretty unethical of Seal Skinz to make the claim that they’re 100% waterproof. At best they are water resistant. It does not take long in heavy rain for these to be completely soaked through and they take forever to dry out
