“I had such high hopes for these socks, but the first time I wore them, my feet got wet. It was a rainy day, not heavy rain, just continuous moderate off and on rain. I was out hiking for about 90 minutes, and my socks were wet all the way through and my feet were wet. Very disappointing.”

“I am diabetic. I have 2 Sealskinz hats which are amazingly warm in the coldest winter, so, I bought the socks with warmth/waterproof in mind as I have to take particular care of my feet. My expectations may have been too high and the 'performance' for me, hasn't matched the hats. I don't know why as I assume they have a similar construction. Maybe not and I chose badly, for my particular circumstances...”
