“I purchased these socks as a gift but purchased the wrong size. Upon ordering, it said easy returns so I had no problem ordering despite not knowing the persons size, etc. immediately after realizing the wrong size, I tried to return with the return information. I paid $34 to return by purolator and the item was returned due to faulty return address. I’ve tried to contact Sealskin but they don’t have a phone number so it has been very difficult to figure out a way to move forward.”
