“Originally ordered in blue but their quality control picked up on damage to the last roll they had. They were happy to change it to the red instead and the girl i spoke to on the phone was very polite.
Rug arrived quickly and the quality is great.

“Looks very nice, Unfortunately we havent had chance to put it down yet as it has to go on top of a fitted carpet and the only way we can ensure that we dont have to keep bending down and straightening it or stop it from walking out the door is ..we will have to put metal strips you normally put over fitted carpets at the doorways into rooms, we did this with the last runner we had and it worked so when i buy the metal strips I'll be able to see what it looks like then but im sure it will be fine. thankyou”
