This product is supplied with a hessian backing on it, which naturally can have the effect of causing it to move on wooden flooring so I fully appreciate your concerns!
To combat this we do have a range of anti slip backed runners, or a specific product known as anti slip underlay which can be purchased to go underneath the hessian runners:
