“The rug that was sent to me was described as “beige”. I felt confident ordering it as the company offered free returns. The actual colour of the rug is sandy/tan/gold/mustard. When I phoned to request a return I was told I would have to pay because the small print states you have to spend a specified amount to get a free return. I sent in photos of the rug against my beige carpet and was offered a collection of the rug and a refund. The rug was not collected yesterday as promised and I am not getting replies to my email nor phone calls.”
“When it arrived I did not open due to weather issues. When I did place it on floor I noticed several (5)spots that I will not attempt to try and remove. I need to return the product.”
