“A welcomed experience! It could not have been better. My stair runner choice came exactly as expected, true to color, texture & style. A perfect complement to my Beach house decor. I saved $700 by buying from RunRug & getting my own professional installer for $350. For a nice tight & custom look, the sisal runner is best installed directly onto the stairs without tackless or padding, referred to as a “Hollywood” install method vs. a “Waterfall” install. This preferred install provides no gaps, nor requires extra hardware & hugs the shape of the step & riser, my personal preference. I would definitely use RunRug again. The sisal runner has a minimal grip & padding attached to the runner. I reviewed several other online options & carpet stores & RunRug was clearly the best choice, the savings was an added bonus.”
