“The ad photos of the rug we chose were very impressive, and the description of foot feel (soft and strong) was borne out when we stood on the rug. However, we were very disappointed by the look of the carpet delivered , as the colour was inconsistent and patchy. We ordered the taupe and red runner but there were bands of brown arbitrarily woven into the pile which made it patchy in places, and much darker than in others. So not what was advertised. Disappointed.”

When purchasing items online, it's important to consider that the colours you see on your screen may not be exactly the same as the colours of the item. There are many factors to consider with this, for example.. the quality of the screen and the colour settings on your device can affect how colours are displayed. Also, the lighting in the room can also be quite misleading.
Therefore, it's important to keep these factors in mind, when making online purchases.
