“There is no way to rate these rods. I received an email weeks ago that they were shipped. The tracking number I received from the company is invalid. I wrote Jason the company rep twice and he has never responded. The last response I received was from a negative post. I am very nervous of this company and probably will be forced to cancel my order as the communication is awful. If they want to deal in the US the should give a 800 number to contact them. It is a shame that I have to give a negative post to get an answer. Beware!!”
“It is not clear from the website that these are cosmetic only. You would need a runner with carpet in excess of 14mm thick for it to provide any functional use.”
