The quality of this runner is not supposed to be of a thick or luxurious quality, it was made purely to be hardwearing and durable and for the ends to curl upwards with a runner of this quality is not an uncommon occurrence.
This is due to the material it is made of being rolled up before and during transit, this will usually settle flat over time.

“On a value for money ranking I would have given it 5 stars, the only reason for 4 is that it is a bit industrial looking and feeling for a home (but of course that means that it should be very hard wearing). It is exactly as described and shown in the photos, the no-slip back works great, and the colour is perfect. Perfect for a mudroom”
