Have tried to enquire by telephone only to be passed to ansaphone by an employee who answered my call. Customer service leaves something to be desired. How many days is one expected to sit around waiting for delivery”
“We like the carpet. It comes with a rubber backing which we did not realize and was a pleasant surprise. The order came really fast! We purchased two stair runners for two sets of staircases and one rug runner. Same pattern and width. The material is a little stiff, but my husband will be able to work with it. The rug runner is nice and fits perfectly where we placed it, but we thought the ends would be finished. It's just a cut piece. It makes sense on the stair runner, but a rug runner should have a finished end we thought. It still works and looks good. Should last for years, thank you!”
