“The product is great, but you delivered it three days early - I paid extra for it to be delivered on Thursday 11th November, and you sent SEVERAL emails to confirm that the item would be delivered on this date. You then sent a final email saying it was to be delivered on Monday 8th. I replied to this email saying that this was wrong, but it still came on the Monday. I find this appalling!”
