“Still not received this item I ordered 01/12/19 and payment left my account 03/12/19, it now 16/12/19 and not a word from carpet runners. I spoke with an operator 11/12/19 who assured me the parcel will be sent out again, once again no confirmation email that it has been dispatched, but Carpet Runners still have my money!!!!!!!”
