Our delivery experience was hellish ; our worst ever !
Despite being at home awaiting delivery I had to learn from an email that it had been left at number 14 an apartment residence more than 100 yards from my own home at number 19 .
The employee concerned had used a secure entry system with the house numbers 10,12,14,16,18 and 20 on it . How he could possibly have thought that this was a NEIGHBOUR to house number 19 is quite beyond me .
It took 2 trips to number 14, the second with a car to carry the pack back home . There were also 6 flights of 9 steps for this 81 year old senior with some long-standing health issues to negotiate . My buying experience and day were well and truly ruined .”
“It is the perfect size for our hallway. I like the colour etc., which is true to the colour on line. I probably would have liked it to have more wool (natural produce) in it, although it is soft. It turned out to cost more than I was thinking, as on your site you quote a very low start price to get people interested of course. But overall I am pleased with it. Thank you.”
