“Has been a great experience, I ordered one runner and when it was delivered and we put it down it looked terrible totally my bad judgment.
They took it back and replaced it with another one I chose within a week,great service.
I can't fault them would certainly use them again.”

“Rug arrived unboxed and damaged; it was partially shrink wrapped on arrival with no other protection. The rug has large wrinkles that cannot be removed. The rug bunches up and will not lie completely flat on the floor.
This is not a quality product and shipping/handling was pretty awful.
