“Rwamatamu is quite different from my usual coffees, and I haven't quite nailed brewing it yet, but I've got a kilo to work with so there's plenty of coffee still to be drunk. Light, easy drank, with the possibility for more complexity very evident in the beans and the brews I've had so far - I'm a big fan. French press brews have been a little weak so far on my usual french press grind size, so I'm still working that one out, but V60s have been light, sweet, and well balanced. Big fan.”

We find the best way to drink this particular coffee is with a V60 or other method of filter brewing to get the light and balanced flavour like you mentioned. If you have an espresso machine, it is also a really good espresso shot.
